In the last three months thousands of connoisseurs have again taken part in the traditional Frierss competition. The main prize, a week's holiday on a farm for four people, goes to Brigitte G. from Vienna, congratulations!

Austrians favorite  ham is traditional and juicy, like the Carinthian farmer ham "Kärntner Bauernschinken" of Frierss. The traditional Carinthian farm ham from Frierss meets exactly this taste: fine rustic and particularly juicy and tender. The highest ham enjoyment from Austria, traditionally handmade and delicately smoked over beech wood and cooked with a special spice mixture according to a well-kept family recipe.
