The Austrian "Product Champion" 2023 goes to Carinthia! Frierss Kräuterbutterschinken was awarded at the most important innovation prize for meat and sausage products in Austria in the category "Service-Feinkost" in silver.
Wien. For the 22nd time, the best in the meat and sausage industry were selected for the coveted innovation award. The "Product Champion" is considered an important indicator in terms of quality, taste, degree of innovation and product idea. Frierss' Kräuterbutterschinken was awarded silver in the category "Service Delicatessen Counter".

The delicatessen specialist Frierss has discovered the "Kräuterbutter" and combines 125 years of craft tradition with innovative spirit. The Kräuterbutterschinken is produced in traditional craftsmanship. Refined with exquisite herbs and a herb coating, this ham convinces gourmets and connaisseurs with its mild taste and its delicious, fresh herb note. The jury particularly praised the impression of the product, the innovative idea that combines tradition and modernity. The Kräuterbutterschinken is available in selected Austria's delicatessen counters and in the Frierss Deli & Butcher shops in Villach and Klagenfurt.
