Preparation recommendation: Allow to steep for approximately 20 minutes in hot, but not boiling, water.  

TIP: Farm style sausage for boiling are often enjoyed on holidays, in particular at Easter and at Christmas. Excellent with tarragon mustard and freshly-grated horseradish.
