Our preservation of this classic Italophile specialty has its origins in the geographic location of the family business in the heart of the Alpine-Adriatic region, as well as in our grandfather’s pioneering spirit and passion for Italien culinary. Together with world-renowned mortadella specialists, he fiddled around using his own roasting methods and by developing his own composition of fine Italian natural seasonings.
This tried-and-true family recipe, which has been proven over decades, and the 100% Austrian pork give Frierss’ Mortadella its first-class taste.
