Each batch is checked several times along the value chain. These measurements are part of the HACCP concept and the result of a detailed risk – and thread analysis. Thereby we are able to offer our customers a high level of product reliability, a perfect product quality and an outstanding sensation of taste. 

All processes are explained in detail in the quality - management handbook and serve as a permanent guideline for improvements, in order to fulfil our customers’ needs and wishes in the best possible way. Since June 2008 Frierss is certified according to the standards of “International Food Standard”. By receiving this certificate it is confirmed that Frierss meets all quality-, hygiene- and food law requirements.
