Frierss - a short company introduction

Frierss, a Carinthian old-established family-run business, was founded in 1898 and has been producing since then successfully high-class meat and sausage specialities. The enterprise is currently headed by the fourth generation of the family. The general manager guarantees with his name for the highest and constant product quality.

Frierss has currently 110 employees, rund retails stores in Villach and supplies leading food retailing chains in Austria. The specialities are also highly 

appreciated by hotels and restaurants and are exported to several European and international destinations, like Japan.

With the aim of meeting highest consumer demands and its own claim for a cutting edge position regarding the production and development of sausage specialities, Frierss offers the b est requirements for a successful business relationship with an outstanding level of product quality.

In the new production plant in Villach

which was put in operation in 1992, the most precise technique helps our masters and empolyees to fulfil their highly responsible task. Computer-operated machineries and precisely coordinated logistic systems, automatic weighing and exact methods of testing for a permanent monitoring facilitate the highest level of quality assurance.

After a strict examination of goods received, regional specialities are produced following old family recipes. These products offer an unmistakable taste and enjoy greatest popularity.
